Drag a deconz-event node into your flow and set up the configuration, pointing it to your Phoscon install. Set it up with the API key you just got.

I can see them in the Phoscon App and also in Homekit. I’m using Phoscon 2.18.00 / 7.8.2024 on a pi with with Homebridge. Phoscon is also running on Port 80. WebGo to Phoscon and click "add new sensor" Press the pairing button on the sensor for X seconds (depends on sensor) Nothing will appear in Phoscon yet... In a new window, go to the WebUI again but click "deCONZ" instead. This will open a VNC version of the deCONZ software (looks like an old Win95 app)
