WebIt was strangely enough that "TPM device is not detected" was not popped up anymore after I updated "SupportAssist OS Recovery Tool" recommended by Dell SupportAssist. It seems those (2) updates were nothing to do with BIOS, OS or drivers. When I checked the BIOS, "TPM 1.2 Security" is shown on Security. So far, everything is fine now.
