Webfast-forward takes care to disable vsync and audio sync. if that one doesn't work, this might just mean your computer is just fast enough to run the game at 60FPS. Oh, I had no idea. That being said, if your GPU enforces Vsync, and you are using OpenGL, then the fast forward won't work. That's probably the issue.
