WebFeb 4, 2024 · Hey Everyone, I've run into a glitch in my Cities Skyline where the lights on the buildings and the street lights flicker at night. When there are no skyscrapers, the streetlights flicker but when skyscrapers are present, the lights on those buildings flicker in small clusters (it looks a lot like a lightning storm all over the city). I've tried to monitor various discussions and eliminate known mods that are "broken" (like Dynamic Resolution), but it still happens. If I zoom in too far, vehicles flicker and some turn invisible- just like Dejected Angel described.
