I recently upgraded to an RTX 3070 Ti and I’m having coil whine when scrolling through a website on chrome, the GPU usage spikes from 0% to 6% when scrolling. I understand some coil whine is normal when the GPU is under high load but is it normal when there’s low usage? like on chrome for example?
