WebNo, the Ranseur is a very good anti-concrete tool, arguably better than the Chieftain, and definitely better than the Ballista. Think of the Ranseur like this: what if the Chieftain had better health and armor, could carry 26 shells instead of 6, and had 35m range instead of 25m range, but did 1/2 the damage and took 3 times as long to reload?

WebA chieftain is 185 rmat, so you can make 4.625 HV40 (40 rmat each) with that. Now for the 4 HV40, the DPS is 80.625*4 = 322.5, 2.4 times the DPS of 1 chieftain. So HV40 is more cost effective. Both high velocity field weapons are dumb. Seriously, the dev's thought process is "Lets put in better field cannon and better field anti-tank"
